CEO Roundtables at Tom Tom Summit and Festival

Join members of Virginia Council of CEOs to experience the power of a CEO roundtable. We will offer a brief orientation to the process, then adjourn to roundtable groups of 10 CEOs. A trained facilitator will lead you.

More than 250 Virginia CEOs participate in roundtables organized by the Virginia Council of CEOs, learning and growing through disciplined monthly meetings with their own small group of trusted peers.

CEO Roundtables are a perfect forum to test new ideas, solve problems and learn from others who share your experiences. There’s nothing to prepare, just come ready to engage, share and learn from others in this safe and confidential environment. Roundtable members often connect authentically, resulting in new relationships that last beyond the day.

For this roundtable experience, we welcome any CEO who leads a business with 5 or more employees.
